What is a Public Event?
Public events are all events which has the goal to help newbies in Jena to find friends and connect people via doing activities together.
What type of activities can be organized as a Public Event?
Any kind of outdoor activities can be organized as a public event when it fulfills the following requirements:
The event should be easy for most of the participants to attend.
No need for special equipment (unless we can rent them together)
No limitation of number of participants (unless there is a valid reason, like Corona regulations or bus connection limitation)
Can everyone organize a Public Event?
Yes. The responsible people for arranging public events are Andreas and Reza, but of course anyone with a good idea can organize their own events. The only thing you need to do is to contact us and share your ideas. So far many different people have organized their events with us.
