🌻 What happened: On 1.st of May we had a wonderful trip to the picturesque Palaces of Dornburg. 🏰 From the train station we had a short way up where we had a breathtaking view on the valley of Saale. The gardens with diverse blooming flowers were even more wonderful. 🌸
Later we went to the ice cream shop and as a surprise we visited the canola fields nearby.
It was a sunny day with new and old students and a lively atmosphere. 😊
Thanks Mike for the guide and to whole International Room (IntRo) for the collaboration!

🌻 What happened: The weather supposed to be rainy based on the weather forecast, but it turned to a very beautiful and sunny day. We were 25 people visited the beautiful Steinbruch. We started from Göschwitz and ended in Winzerla. Part of the way we got lost due to problems with Google maps which made us walk in a very difficult way in forest, but it was really fun. After Steinbruch we found a shadow and had lunch break together with nice conversations. In summary, it was a very warm and nice day together with nice people.

🌻 What happened: Once again we decided to spent our afternoon in the nature while hiking in Jena. We took a route 5 to visit Forstturm, Bismarckturm and see Ernst-Häckel-Stein. At first, it was a little bit hard to go up but after a while it became easier to climb and of course an interesting conversation makes it all better and speed up the time. Even though it was a short hike we had a lot of fun getting to know each other and getting amazed by nature of Jena. We shared a lunch together and enjoyed a wonderful view.
